Refund and Return Policy
If you would like to return your item for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to receive a return authorization number.
We will provide your RMA# and the return address. Shipping return products back to Phoenix Rising Saddles is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items may be exchanged for an item of equal value or store credit, if the buyer prefers.
For all items except saddles, once we receive the approved return back, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount, less shipping paid plus within 1 business day. Cancellations for any reason prior to shipping incur a 3% fee, as we are not refunded our merchant credit card processing fees in the event of a refund. Except for saddles we do not charge a fee for return and refund of our other products.
If a saddle is returned, we will issue the refund upon receipt, less 6% of the purchase price of the saddle within 1 business day of receipt and inspection of the item. Please see our full 14 day trial saddle details HERE.
All saddles have a 6% restocking fee in the event of a return for a refund. This covers our original shipping to you and part of the non-refunded merchant fees. In the event of an exchange, difference in cost of saddles may be applicable.
GENERAL PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
- All our products have a 14 day trial. Contact us within 14 days and you can return your product for exchange or refund.

- The rest of our products have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may exchange or return within 14 days. Please call Contact Us within 14 days of product receipt and we will set up a Return Merchandise Authorization for you. Items must be received back by the 21st day. Customer is responsible for shipping on all returns and exchanges and we recommend using a trackable method, as lost packages are not the responsibility of GOG Phoenix Rising Inc. Items must be returned in “NEW” condition.
